Some dried Porcini mushrooms I picked up from Di Palo's in New York.
It tasted kind of like most of my other risottos (which is not necessarily bad) so I'll have to work on it some more.

Cauliflower risotto is really yummy IF you like cauliflower. If not try radicchio IF you like radicchio (it's a little bitter, but I love it).
