It was simple to make put because I was at the computer, it took me forever to finish. =P Could use some decoration on the outer rim...

Ah, so in response to the comment, the out ring is honeydew. Some very soft and sweet honeydew. I cut slits in it both to facilitate eating but also to create convenient slots with which to wedge what are Forelle Pear slices. I used the natural redness of the pears to create the alternating red/green pattern. And of course blueberries in the middle. The honeydew and pears create a nice soft versus hard textural contrast and the blueberries add the right amount of sugar.
