Yeah, but if I went to bed early, silly things like this wouldn't be possible.
Here is a list of internet games I like
Winterbells
Hunt the Wumpus
Rose & Camellia

Geeky Weddings.
Some horrifically geeky wedding photos off of Digg. The captions are pretty sweet. WTFLMAO. What is holding up all those scorpions? Is that like her corsage?

I <3 Portal and Weighted Companion Cubes
Finished playing Portal. It's so awesome! That's all I have to say! Here's the original trailer. The robotic voice is better in the final version. Aside from interesting gameplay, there is a good setup accompanied by lots of good writing and humor. You have to play through the whole thing to appreciate all of that though.

A Sunday Meal with Dan and Kevin
Q at 225 Clement (between 3rd and 4th).
Fried Calamari with Chili-Lime Aioli - pretty good.
Baked Cypress Grove Goat Cheese On Mixed Greens with Roasted Peppers, Roasted Garlic, and Grilled Focaccia - decent...
Overwhelming Beer battered catfish (Kev & Dan)
Underwhelming Salmon Burger. Meals need to be balanced and this one was overly carb-heavy.
(Me)
Afterwards we met up with Jeremy and did some tea tasting at Aroma. I bought some Pu-er but I think it ends up that there is too much caffiene in Pu-er for me so I can only have a few cups before I have to stop. I guess it's the Ku Ding Cha for me.

Mushrooms and Anime
Ate this.
Watched this. Decent. The knights in this series, called "Claymores" (also the series name) all look and sound too similar so it was difficult sorting out just who was who until someone addressed them by name. The series is based on these demons called "Yoma" who like to eat people and the Claymores who are half Yoma, half human hybrids that protect the humans. Claymores can draw upon their Yoma powers but if they do it too much and cross their threshold, they run the risk of turning into Yoma themselves. The series doesn't appear to have a definite conclusion which suggests there will be another season and the internets say that the manga has had an interrupted release so most likely a second season won't come for some time. No big deal. The action can be neat at times but ultimately is comprised of Dragonball-esque powering ups but without the 3 episode charge ups. They do learn no moves so it's not as bad as the comparison. Hmm, it appears I wrote a big paragraph about Anime.
This American Anime is worth writing about. I really like this one. Ironically, I won't write about it. Book 3/Final season has begun. ^___^

I don't have titles for these posts
XLB
Awww... Maria is sad to leave her beloved brother. Nope. Maria is sad because she has to go back to London where it will not only be freakin cold but she will see nary a spot of sunshine for the next 6 months.
Maria considered this the highlight of the day. If you make the jump, there are ping ying lyrics in the more info tab. Not recommended viewing for non-ABCs. It will just leave you confused and bitter.

Yoop
I took Maria to Taqueria Cancun, widely considered one of the Mission District's and San Francisco's best Mexican places.
I like the Chinese name. This is a chinese influenced gelateria which flavors like jackfruit, soursop, and durian.
L->R: Soursop, Jackfruit, Chestnut, Green Tea, Sesame.
Nio is enjoying her gelato with Wu/ Zun\
Seoul Garden. Maria says you have to order all of the Panchan 반찬 individually when you get KBBQ in England. And that you get half the amount of meat for the same price.
Kalbi & Bulgogi
Nok du Bean Dae Duk. Korean styled pancake mixed with mung beans and vegetables.
We saw this Wes Anderson film afterwards. It was cool but it doesn't really go anywhere. Sort of like, does anyone really remember how Life Aquatic or Royal Tenenbaums ends? I liked those movies but I really can't remember much about them. Maybe that's just my memories.
Mixed fruits, honeydew sago.

Thrusday - play it by ear
Breakfast at Blue Danube Cafe.
Biggest Asian Pears I've ever seen. We had some pictures of them next to my hand but it was still hard to gauge the scale of them. behind them are large apples. I would say these are larger than normal grapefruits.
Maria (oh yeah, she's my sister for those who don't know), ever so fond of the self photo. Here at the Westfield.
Noodles at Tom's Wo Tun in Chinatown.
"Traffic face"
Lego car
Japantown
How many times have you walked by this thing?
I attempted to arrange a Korean BBQ posse but when that failed we settled on going to a Moroccan restaurant I've been meaning to try for some time near me. Aziza...
Ras el hanout (giant lima beans) tomato puree, french feta, fresh za'atar.
Prather ranch lamb riblets - moroccan spice reduction, pickled onions, mint.
Special - tomato salad.
Toasted cayenne-cumin almonds
Seared hokkaido sea scallops - warm brentwood corn salad, beet reduction vinaigrette, marash pepper.
