In mid-November I attended the International Game Developer's Association's Leadership Forum. Here IGDA head honcho Jason Della Rocca gets things going.
The opening day keynote speaker was - and if you don't follow game development news this one might seem strange - Curt Schilling. While he may be developing MMOs, his biggest claim to fame is probably ending Babe Ruth's curse. And if you don't know who Curt Schilling is to begin with he's a 3 time World Series Champion of Major League Baseball. He gave a great talk on leadership. You can check it out here.
