Cooking with Spices

Cardamon and Cinnamon Rice. I think I need parboiled rice so it doesn't come out so sticky.

Pork chops. I brined one and not the other so I could learn the difference. The unbrined one was not as juicy but the brined one was a bit salty so I have to get that porpotionizationing right next time.

Mangos blended with coconut milk.
