This is called a "Squirrel Fish." I don't know~!
















































































Style 2 - Shredded Duck Lettuce Wrap. The rest of the meat that doesn't go into the first dish is minced into this dish.
















Style 3 - Duck soup. The rest of the duck (bones, possibly innards) are used to make a soup. This is what is called 3 Style Duck. One Duck. Three Dishes.
