Food for the Week

In an attempt to save both time and money, I am trying to make meals for the week.

Today I made a Lasagna. It's more of a Frankenstein Lasagna. I used my left over Bolognese sauce, Bechamel sauce w/ Peas, and a variety of cheeses that I had. The top is roasted basil leaves.

And my Mega Mac n Cheese bake with Sage, Portobellos, and Bacon.
