Turned out to be a fun night.
Made lunch with Deda today.
We had risotto and dishes I can neither pronounce nor spell. nor remember their names! Some sorts of delicious cream of asparagus thing. I tried to make this eggplant, tomato, and cheese thing i did a long time ago and Deda gave me some suggestions as to how to improve the making of; cheese selection. also this eggplant layered thing... layered with red sauce and cheeses.
