These were new at Trader Joe's. Eryngii Mushrooms. A type of King Oyster Mushroom. I thought I'd try something with them.
Chicken Stock + Celery + Carrot + Leek + Mushrooms + __________
We not really... Technically there is pasta. But it's not like regular pasta and sauce. This was a soup and I wanted something like barley in there but without barley, I resorted to orzo. This was a nice hearty meal.
