Soup Train
















I just made up the title but now that I mention it, a train that serves soup sounds kind of intriguing. Ox Tail from night one of the Nat Loh kitchen express. toot toot. A second batch of Shanton is on its way.

  3. I don't remember. probably around 4 hours? It's just a lot of waiting. The shanton I cooked last night took me 6 hours. I finished it around 3am.
